Please can we ask you to confirm that you have correctly entered your license key within the Powersaves 3DS software? Also have you tried connecting the transfer dock to different USB connections and is it possible for you to try using a different USB cable? They also mailed me and here is their mail.įurther to your reply we are able to confirm that you have provided a valid European license key. Has anyone experienced any similar problem?

My other theory is that perhaps I must manually check in my PC if the POWERSAVES application can connect to the internet.If there is a problem in my connection that does not allow to the application to connect and download the codes.
